This is a vintage 1950s 18ct yellow gold Omega automatic wristwatch. The watch features most of its original parts including the case, dial and crown. However, the strap and buckle have been replaced at some point. The watch was made in the 195os and finding one in this condition makes it a true collectors piece. It has been finished with a dark brown leather strap and 9ct gold buckle.
Omega classic timepieces have been worn by many influential people over the years and have played a pivotal part in history by being the first watch on the moon in 1969. Due to their durability and reliability they were used by the British and American army in 1918 and have been the official timekeeping device of the olympic games since 1932.
